LifeGlue Technologies is pleased to announce that the company has won the Best Pitch Award in the Global Deep Tech Showcase – Life Sciences, Health & Engineered Biology track at NORDEEP 2026, held on 16–17 September at Aalto University in Espoo, Finland.
LifeGlue Technologies was one of five selected deep tech companies invited to pitch in the track, which brought research-driven innovations in life sciences, health and engineered biology to the NORDEEP main stage. Each selected company presented its technology and commercial potential in a three-minute pitch followed by a direct investor and jury Q&A.
LifeGlue Technologies was represented on stage by CEO Laura Kuittinen, who presented the company’s Glue4Life technology, its potential to enable the next generation of clinical biofabrication, and the company’s vision for bringing animal-free biomaterials from scientific innovation to international markets.
“We are extremely proud to receive this recognition. Winning our track is a strong acknowledgement that the problem we are solving is highly relevant and that the commercial potential of our technology is recognized by investors and international deep tech experts. Receiving this award just over a week after winning the poster competition at Nordic Life Science Days in Stockholm makes this an especially exciting moment for our team. Each recognition takes us another step closer to our goal of bringing world-class Finnish biotechnology to the global market,” says Laura Kuittinen, CEO of LifeGlue Technologies.
NORDEEP, the Nordic Deep Tech Business Summit, brings together scientists, founders, investors, corporations, universities and research organizations to accelerate the commercialization and international growth of science-based innovations. The 2026 event marked NORDEEP’s fifth anniversary and took place at the heart of the Otaniemi innovation ecosystem in Espoo, Finland.
